About Us

A third-generation family business, Giannetti Contracting builds on more than 55 years of experience in underground utility development. The company began in southeastern Michigan and soon expanded to include a second location in South Florida. Over the subsequent half century, Giannetti Contracting became known for its commitment to safety, quality, and cost effectiveness.

Giannetti Contracting has the expertise to handle all stages of the utility construction process from mass grading to paving. The company also offers simple and detailed excavating services in any setting while coordinating the work of other general contractors and subcontractors. This collaborative experience allows the company's highly trained staff to effectively develop staging plans that keep projects on schedule.

To date, Giannetti Contracting has installed a number of pump and lift stations, water main, and waste water treatment facilities. The company is also experienced in the repair of municipal mains and specialized sanitation sewers, though it welcomes requests for project work on a variety of utilities.
